Late on Tuesday 26th August 2008 Four Seasons retail operations “Four Seasons Sunrooms of Georgia & South Carolina LLC” formerly acquired the net order bank and intangible assets of Coastal Empire Exteriors LLC and Coastal Empire Exteriors of Charleston LLC.

We are a wholly owned subsidiary of the highly respected market leader in sunrooms Four Seasons Solar Products LLC, who are themselves headquartered in NY and established in 1976.

We should stress that we have not acquired the Coastal Empire Exteriors businesses and will receive no remuneration for our efforts and completion of your outstanding work other than the balance of monies due in the contract. This means that we have not and will not have the financial benefit of your deposit or payments to date and are unable to offer any refunds.We are however fully committed to ensure that all of the jobs are completed and installed with best possible speed from this juncture. For a variety of reasons we appreciate that you may have been waiting longer for your product (windows, sun/screen room, or siding) than was originally indicated and we’ll be addressing all of the jobs in the order in which they were received/sold.

You will receive a call in the next few days with a specific update on your project and thereafter regular updates on a pre-defined basis that will be at least weekly. All of the terms & conditions of your original contract remain unchanged with the exception of the warranty which will be a manufacturer’s product warranty. Both of these are significantly more advantageous than can be obtained anywhere as standard in our industry.
